Open auditions are being held for Restless, A reflection on the intersections of race, class, and gender within the Bryn Mawr College community. Commissioned by the Diversity Leadership Group and funded by the Vickers Fund for Diversity and Social Change, the play is written by seniors Lily Mengesha and Nithya Vasudevan, who co-founded the student theater troupe People in Color and have collaborated on a number of successful productions at Bryn Mawr.

All members of the campus community are welcome to try out in Goodhart Hall’s McPherson Auditorium at any time between 8 and 10 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4. Mengesha and Vasudevan are also willing to audition by appointment, for those whose schedules cannot accommodate the nighttime open call. If you are interested and can’t make the evening audition, e-mail Mengesha or Vasudevan. No acting experience is necessary.
