Subject: Parking on Convocation Day, Friday, May 13

Families and friends of graduating students will arrive on campus during the day, Friday, May 13, for Convocation which begins at 4:00 pm. We expect that parking will become very difficult that afternoon beginning at about 2:00 pm.

Faculty and Staff Members – If possible, on May 13, please use public transportation, carpool or adjust work schedules so that you won’t have a car on campus beginning at about 2:00 pm.

Parking will be limited on Friday May 13
In order to reserve spaces for Convocation guests, Merion and Radnor parking lots will be closed at 8 pm and the Wyndham lot will be closed at 6 pm on Thursday, May 12.

Additional parking for Convocation guests will be provided at the following locations with shuttle service to campus:
Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research
Lower Merion Baptist Church (corner of New Gulph and Roberts Road).

The weather is expected to be good so there will be parking on the grassy areas next to Arnecliffe and Brecon.

Parking for visitors who require assistance will be in the Radnor Lot.

Thank you for your cooperation!
