Registration Now Open for Staff Communications Center Assesment

As part of the College’s continued effort to ensure that its staff is equipped with the knowledge to complete job-related tasks confidently and productively and receive College communications, all staff members whose jobs require computer usage are being asked to participate in an assessment that will cover the College’s Communication Center (webmail, calendar, and address book).

This assessment will provide staff members with the opportunity to identify their own strengths and areas for improvement in using the Communication Center, and the assessment results will provide indispensable information for the planning of future staff-education course offerings.

In order to ensure the success of this program, all departments are required to participate. The assessment is not relevant to all positions at the College because the Communication Center is not used in the work of all staff members. Those who are exempt from this assessment will be notified by their department heads. Exempt individuals who still wish to participate may do so, but need to work with their supervisors to find assessment sessions that works with their departments’ schedules.
