PDF Version of Accounts Payable Form Now Available

Dear Faculty and Staff,
The Controller’s Office is excited to announce a new fill in PDF version of the Accounts Payable Request for Payment (pink form). The new form is located on the Controller’s Office Forms and Schedules webpage (http://www.brynmawr.edu/controller/forms_schedules.shtml) under the Accounts Payable/Fellowship Forms section.
The new form should be opened and saved to your desktop then you can begin entering each field. You can navigate through the form by using the tab key or clicking on fields with your mouse. Here is the link to the new form: http://brynmawr.edu/controller/APRequestforpaymentpinkformFILLIN112.pdf. When finished completing the form you should print it, attach required documentation and have AP authorized signer review and sign the form then send to the Accounts Payable office for processing.
If you frequently pay the same employee/student you would be able to save a version of the form with the payee name and check distribution information as well as account information and/or expense type information (section II). Since you would only need to complete a portion of the form going forward it will reduce the amount of time it takes to complete!
