GSAS Student Irina Dubinina Awarded Louis Dembitz Brandeis Prize for Excellence in Teaching

Bryn Mawr GSAS student Irina Dubinina has been presented the Louis Dembitz Brandeis Prize for Excellence in Teaching by Brandeis University. The award honors an individual who is involved in the co-curricular and extracurricular life of the campus, and more importantly, has had a significant impact on student’s lives as an exceptional teacher, mentor, adviser, and friend.

Her nominators wrote, “I have never had an instructor more passionate about and committed to making her students grow…Not only is she a wonderful teacher with a unique gift for making students understand, but she is also a wonderful person and mentor. She truly cares about the success of every single one of her students.”
