An updated Policy on “Purchasing Tangible Goods and Services and Employing Contractors, Individuals and Independent Contractors” is available for download (PDF). The policy includes procedures for the purchasing of tangible goods and payments for services rendered as well as a copy of the “Independent Contractor Service Agreement.” The policy can also be found on the Human Resources website on the policies page.
