As part of the SEADS initiative, the College is issuing new ID cards (OneCards) to the entire campus. These cards will increase encryption of the cards and allow for additional usability across Bryn Mawr and Haverford campuses. The undergraduate student body was re-carded at the start of the Fall Semester. All faculty/staff members will be re-carded following Fall Break.
Cards will be distributed to staff in two phases, with distribution date based on office location. The first distribution will take place on Oct. 24. The date for the second distribution has yet to be determined. To see which phase your office is part of, go here.
Faculty will receive new cards at the Faculty Meeting on October 24.
Anyone with a declining balance or a meal plan associated with their card will need to hand in their current card in order to receive a new one.
