The following email was sent to faculty and staff by Assistant Director of Human Resources Marty Mastascusa on Monday, March 4.
Representatives from TIAA-CREF and Vanguard will be on-campus on the following dates for individual counseling sessions in the Human Resources Conference Room:
TIAA-CREF: Tuesday, March 12 and Tuesday, March 26 Vanguard: Tuesday, April 9
Sessions with TIAA-CREF are scheduled by calling (800) 732-8353, from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Mondaythrough Friday or by going to:
www.tiaa-cref.org/public/products-services/retirement-consultation.
If you enroll through this link you will need to have login information for the TIAA-CREF web site. TIAA-CREF sessions are one hour in length. If you cannot attend an on-campus counseling session, you may schedule an appointment at TIAA-CREF’s Philadelphia Regional Office located at 1835 Market Street in Center City.
Sessions with Vanguard are scheduled by calling 800-662-0106, Ext. 14500 of by going to:

Vanguard sessions are forty-five minutes in length. You may also use this link to schedule a telephoniccounseling session with Vanguard.
Please note that since both TIAA-CREF and Vanguard handle their own scheduling, you do not make an appointment through Human Resources. If you do schedule a session, please make sure that you put it on your calendar. If you cannot make an appointment you should contact TIAA-CREF or Vanguard to cancel your session so that the time slot will be available for someone else.
