The Fitness Center will be hosting the 2014 Fitness Challenge, beginning Monday, Jan. 27. This 12-week program lets participants gain points for different workouts they complete each week.
Workouts must fall under one of three categories (own workout, fit club class, or power-up workout) to count towards earning points. Participants are allowed to complete up to each type of activity, twice a week. Each activity counts as one point, which is recorded on a chart in the Fitness Center. Prizes will be awarded each week, and grand prizes will be awarded each month.
