Planning for Holiday Fair

The following email was sent to staff on behalf of the Staff Association on Tuesday, September 15.

Hello everyone,

Are you an artist, a crafts person, or a great cook?  Would you like a venue to show and sell your work?  The Staff Association will be hosting a Holiday Fair on Thursday, 12/3/2015, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in Thomas Great Hall.  There will be staff and student craftspeople as well as some outside vendors.  Once again this year, we are thrilled that  President Cassidy will be hosting coffee hour in the Great Hall at the start of the Fair.  This event is a great opportunity for members of the BMC community to find unique holiday gifts as well as to get together to celebrate the season.  I know it is early to be thinking of the holidays, but we want to give you time to get things made.  This event has become so popular over the years, that this year we are worried that we may not be able to have enough tables for our vendors, so we are asking people if they would like half of a table.  If later in our planning we find we can offer you all a full table, we’ll let you know right away.  There is no charge for a table for members of the Bryn Mawr College community, so please let me know if you’d like to participate.  I can be reached at X5010 or via email: aogle@brynmawr.edu
