Former professor and field hockey coach Jenepher Shillingford and Letty Thall, M.S.S. ’74, were honored with Philadelphia Leadership Awards by Women’s eNews. Bryn Mawr will officially begin the 2011-12 academic year with the Fall convocation at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 29, in Goodhart Hall. Convocation will be followed by a picnic at the sunken garden. The picnic will be held from the end of convocation until 7:30 p.m.
