Chemistry Professor Michelle Francl created a lot of online buzz pointing out the possible dangers of benignly-named alternative medicines in a recent article in the online magazine Slate. Along with the nearly 1,500 comments and more than 6,500 Facebook “likes,” the science video blog Bloggingheads also discussed the story in a recent post.
